Express Wash includes
- Hand wash of exterior
- Tire shine
- Glass clean
- Glossy no-streak finish
Express Wash excludes
- Interior cleaning or vacuum
- Wax, polish, or clay bar
- Engine bay cleaning
- Leather or ceramic treatments
Approximate duration
An Express Wash takes about 30 minutes, plus travel. Times vary with vehicle size and condition.
Customer readiness
Have your vehicle accessible and remove valuables before the washer arrives. Confirm readiness in the app.
Washer equipment & conduct
Washers bring their own supplies and water, arrive on time, and act professionally and respectfully.
Safe water & products
Washers follow environmentally responsible water and product practices as covered in safety training.
Pre-existing damage
When photos are enabled, the washer records pre-existing damage before starting. Report any new concerns through the incident flow.
Weather & unsafe conditions
Either party can request a reschedule for weather or unsafe conditions. No one works in unsafe conditions.
Completion & feedback
The washer confirms completion with a checklist. Customers then confirm the service and can leave quality feedback. Feedback is reviewed by people and never automatically punishes a washer.
